Because you're not trying to compete with the tinsel, pick your eyes, cheeks, or lips to get the glimmer treatment, says makeup artist Tina Turnbow. Here are some Turnbow's favorite ways to twinkle:
1. Sweep a golden or pearly powder along the tops of your cheekbones to make them stand out.
2. Layer a glittery lip gloss on top of your regular lipstick.
3. Instead of your regular liquid liner, use a glittery one and keep the rest of your face clean.
