At the 18th Annual Hollywood Film Awards, Kristen Stewart's Chanel ensemble was undeniably sophisticated (note to self: acquire a beaded turtleneck crop top), but for us, this look was all about her hair and makeup.
We've been waiting for K. Stew to rock a pomp ever since she chopped all her hair off and left the pieces on top long (honestly, why else do you get this haircut if you're not going to dabble in slicked-back styles?). Not to be dramatic, but now that she's finally walked the red carpet with an androgynous, artistically tousled pompadour, it seems clear she was basically born to wear her hair like this.
The silvery-blue shimmer smoked out around her eyes is also worth noting: It's seriously inspiring us to match our eyeshadow to our shirts. With her hair out of her face and the rest of her makeup minimal and fresh, Stewart manages to maintain her trademark low-maintenance vibe without compromising on elegance. At the end of the day, that's how we'd want to roll up to an event this fancy, too.
