The Answer: The best way to bring harem pants out of costume territory is to pair them with something structured. I'm a big fan pairing a sharp blazer and crisp button down shirt with a drop crotch pant. Add a strappy heeled sandal for a touch of femininity. Derek Lam executed this look perfectly in his spring '14 10 Crosby line. For a punk rock twist, sub in a classic leather biker jacket instead of a blazer.
